London-based and women-owned street food specialist Aroma Grill shines a light on steak. It stands out from the competition by using picanha: a South American cut of meat that is similar to sirloin but juicier and more tender.
Aroma’s steaks are cooked to order in front of customers. It uses only the meat’s own fat – no other fats or butter go on the grill.
All of Aroma's dishes – a range of salads and sandwiches – are served with caramelised red onions. There's also a signature homemade sauce: garlic and spring onion mayo.
