A Colombia-born graphic designer. A Croatian anthropologist. That’s Jose and Deana, the duo behind Sobremesa’s truffle-infused escapades. 

Jose’s creativity flourished in Spain, then London. Meanwhile, Deana’s childhood was coloured by a lineage of truffle hunters. Their household speaks Spanish and their gatherings draw on a rich cultural tapestry. The name Sobremesa refers to the tradition of lingering at the table after a meal, savouring conversation and connection – a ritual close to Jose and Deana’s hearts.
