Lind & Lime Gin

This is the very definition of a London dry gin: taking something simple and doing it to perfection.

Lind & Lime Gin is forged from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh's historic distilling district Leith. Every ingredient is organic, including our base grain neutral spirit. 

The watchword is balance, with seven botanicals – including juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice and orris –complemented by fresh lime peel and pink peppercorn. This citrus twist on a classic style earned multiple international awards. 

The gin is distilled using a 1000L still powered by 100% green electricity. Regular tours of the distillery are also popular.
