The specially developed and sustainable varieties are grown and processed on family-run farms across the east of England, then milled into flour and packed in a fully home-compostable pouch.

The fine, golden result – tasty, vegan and gluten-free – is suitable for sweet and savoury recipes. With the added benefits of high protein, high fibre, low GI and plentiful natural vitamins, it can also be a beneficial addition to shakes, soups and drinks.
