We’ll be running sessions at the Cinnamon and Tarragon theatres, offering you an insight into the techniques and traditions behind some of the world’s most interesting dishes — with a few contemporary surprises thrown in.

Entry to the Masterclasses is free and booking isn’t required, but seating is limited so make sure you arrive early to avoid missing out.
