Christina Soteriou

Christina Soteriou is a chef, recipe writer and content creator who creates plant-based food inspired by the Mediterranean flavours of her Greek Cypriot heritage. Her passion for food has made her determined to find creative and nutritious ways to make plant-based dishes as tasty as possible. Christina has worked in several food-related roles across the world, from starting her independent catering company in Cyprus to teaching cooking classes both in Chicago and virtually. In London, she helped create the menu for Sloane Street Deli and worked as a chef at renowned Middle Eastern restaurant Bubala before joining Mob as a senior food producer. Christina now shares recipes to her community of over 350,000 followers and hosts regular supper clubs.
