Clodagh McKenna
Clodagh McKenna is a chef, TV presenter and food writer, who writes a regular column for The Sunday Times Magazine and is the author of eight cookbooks — most recently, 2022’s In Minutes. She’s the resident chef on ITV’s This Morning, has appeared regularly on the USA’s Today Show and has hosted five of her own TV series, including Fresh from the Farmers Market and Fresh from the Sea. Clodagh also runs Broadspear, a 100-acre sustainable farm in Hampshire, where she and her husband Harry keep hens, ducks, pigs and cattle. Over the past five years, they’ve restored its 18th-century walled fruit and vegetable garden, set up five working beehives, an orchard and a pickling and fermenting shed, all while cutting gardens and seeding wildflower meadows. When she’s not living and working at Broadspear, Clodagh runs cookery days at her newly renovated home in London.
