Dina Macki is a chef, food writer and presenter who develops recipes for the likes of Waitrose, Tesco, Cuisinart, Middle East Eye, Vita Coco and Tastemade, while also offering insights into Middle Eastern fusion cuisine to her 60,000+ followers on Instagram. She’s written for gal-dem magazine, Pit magazine, BBC’s Good Food magazine and has appeared on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch. Her debut cookbook, Bahari: Recipes from an Omani Kitchen and Beyond, won the Jane Grigson Trust Award 2023.
