Black Gold Experiences is committed to sharing a love of truffles – and taking food-lovers on a journey that encompasses their earthy aroma, exquisite flavours and captivating allure. The company was founded by Hajira Ahmad, whose passion for truffles was ignited during trips to Italy. Inspired, she trained her beloved dog Angelo to hunt for them, both in Italy, and closer to home in the UK. Black Gold Experiences manufactures truffle products in small batches in Italy, with its products containing a high truffle content of 6% & 10% black truffle & 2% & 5% white truffle. Hajira also organises truffle-hunting experiences, truffle-inspired supper-clubs and bespoke truffle tours in Italy.
