Irina Georgescu
Irina Georgescu is a Romanian food writer and author based in the UK. Her work is deeply influenced by her Eastern European heritage and pays homage to her home nation, which she believes remains largely unexplored in terms of its cuisine. Irina is the author of three cookery books, with her latest release, Danube, showcasing the diversity of cuisine found in the regions bordering the famous river.
