Jeremy Pang

Jeremy Pang is a TV chef, bestselling cookbook author and founder of School of Wok, which has been running Asian cookery classes in London’s Covent Garden since 2012.  Jeremy started his broadcast career with regular guest slots on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and has since evolved into a well-known TV and media personality, with his six-part ITV series Hong Kong Kitchen airing in spring 2025. He’s also the author of several cookbooks, including Chinese Unchopped, Hong Kong Diner and Jeremy Pang’s School of Wok. His favourite phrase? Ni Chi Fan Le Ma - ‘Have you eaten yet?’
