Michael Colet developed his passion for cocktails while growing up in Venezuela and mastered his craft while working as a mixologist in Texas, USA. After moving to the UK and working in events, he launched Papi’s Cocktails to tap into the demand he’d observed for fresh, exotic- tasting cocktails. The company’s mission is to raise the bar and challenge the cocktail scene to provide something inspiring, fresh, exotic and new.
