Ruby Bhogal
Ruby Bhogal is a baker and presenter who first appeared on screen in the 2018 series of The Great British Bake Off, where she reached the final despite only learning to bake a year before. She’s gone on to present on This Morning and Steph’s Packed Lunch, alongside working with numerous brands as a content creator. She regularly hosts and leads live demos and has written food columns and recipes for the likes of GQ online, The Times, Tastemade, The Observer and Waitrose Food, often paying homage to her Indian heritage while adding a twist of modern British cuisine. In 2023, she launched her weekly newsletter, The Last Bite, which was followed by her debut cookbook, One Bake, Two Ways, published in 2024.
