Tim Anderson
Tim Anderson is a chef, writer and MasterChef champion. Born and raised in the US, Tim has been studying Japanese food culture for over 20 years — a passion that later evolved into a career. Following the success of his cookbooks Japaneasy, Ramen Forever and Your Home Izakaya, his ninth and latest release, Hokkaido, explores northern Japan’s culinary landscape, documenting recipes from an area famed for its dairy and seafood.
