Yotam Ottolenghi
Yotam Ottolenghi is the chef-patron of five London-based Ottolenghi delis, as well as the NOPI and ROVI restaurants. He’s the author of 10 best-selling cookery books including Jerusalem, Plenty and Plenty More, as well as the National Book Award-winning Ottolenghi Simple. He’s been a weekly columnist for The Guardian since 2006 and is a regular contributor to The New York Times.
In 2011, Yotam made his television debut on BBC4 with the series Jerusalem on a Plate and has since hosted Ottolenghi’s Mediterranean Feast and Ottolenghi Mediterranean Island Feast on More 4. In 2018, he launched the Simple Pleasures podcast, where he cooks for guests in his home while discussing food, culture and travel.
