Ching-He Huang


Ching is an Emmy-nominated, award-winning TV chef and author who’s been championing Chinese cuisine in the media since 2003. Her approach to cooking stems from the traditional farming community of her grandparents in Southern Taiwan. Ching’s ethos is to use fresh, organic produce and to make cooking fun and accessible. 

Ching has fronted more than 11 TV shows, written 10 cookery books and is published in several languages around the world. Ching appears regularly as a guest chef on UK TV, including on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen and ITV’s Lorraine and This Morning. Her most recent book, Asian Green, features planet-friendly, plant-based recipes that draw on her favourite dishes from across Asia.
