Denai Moore
Denai Moore is a vegan chef, artist and singer who’s released several albums, her most recent being 2020’s Modern Dread. In 2017, Denai started her pop-up restaurant, Dee's Table. Inspired by both her travels and experiences growing up in London, it’s an intimate dining experience that offers a unique take on Jamaican food through seasonal dishes that speak to the modern-day home cook. Denai made her TV cooking debut on Jamie Oliver’s 2019 channel 4 show, Jamie’s Meat-Free Meals. At the start of 2020, she collaborated with Honest Burger, creating a Jamaican-inspired vegan burger featuring her Apricot Scotch Bonnet Ketchup. As a recipe developer, Denai has also written for The Guardian, Leon, Tesco and Tasty, among others. Her first cookbook, Plentiful: Vegan Jamaican Recipes to Repeat, was published in 2023.
