Dina Macki is a chef, recipe developer, presenter and food writer. As well as creating recipes for the likes of Waitrose and Cuisinart, she has written for gal-dem, Pit and BBC Good Food Magazine, while her TV credits include BBC Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch. Her debut book, Bahari: Recipes from an Omani Kitchen and Beyond, was the winner of the Jane Grigson Trust Award 2023.
