Matt Tebbutt

A familiar face to fans of BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen, TV presenter, chef and author Matt Tebbutt trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London before going on to work at restaurants under the likes of Marco Pierre White and Alastair Little. He owned and ran The Foxhunter restaurant in Nant-y-derry in South Wales for more than 10 years and currently presents Saturday Kitchen Live and Saturday Kitchen Best Bites on the BBC, as well as Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped, which has seen him travel to Scandinavia, the Caribbean and beyond in search of the secrets behind our favourite dishes. He’s a regular contributor to Waitrose Food magazine and the author of two cookbooks — Matt Tebbutt Cooks Country and Matt Tebbutt’s Guilty Pleasures.
