Nisha Katona MBE is founder, CEO, executive chef and development chef of Mowgli Street Food. Since giving up her 20-year law career and using all her savings to open her first restaurant in Liverpool in 2014, she's grown Mowgli into a nationwide chain of 21 restaurants. An Indian food enthusiast, Nisha makes regular appearances on TV and radio as a business and food expert, featuring on programmes such as the Great British Menu, ITV's This Morning, Interior Design Masters and Saturday Kitchen. In addition, she's the author of six cookbooks including her most recent release, Bold.
