Olia Hercules is a British-Ukrainian food writer, chef and activist. She has written four cookbooks, including the award-winning Mamushka, which has been translated into11 languages. Her third, Summer Kitchens, focuses on Ukrainian regional cuisine and preservation traditions. Olia is the co-founder of the #CookForUkraine movement, which has helped to raise over £2m to help those affected by the war in Ukraine.
