Ozlem Warren

Respected writer and cookery teacher Özlem Warren has led courses in Turkish cuisine all across the globe, including at Christopher Kimball's Milk Street Cooking Schools in the US and the Divertimenti Cookery School in the UK. Her debut cookbook, Özlem’s Turkish Table: Recipes from my Homeland, was published in 2019 and won the 2020 Gourmand Best in the World Award in Food Heritage. Her latest book, Sebze: Vegetarian Recipes from my Turkish Kitchen, is published on 11 April.
