Richard Corrigan
One of Ireland’s best-known chefs, Richard has launched several restaurants across the UK and Ireland, gaining multiple Michelin stars in the process. His current portfolio includes London restaurants Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill, Corrigan’s Mayfair, Daffodil Mulligan and The Portrait as well as Virginia Park Lodge in County Cavan, Ireland. A passionate advocate of quality British and Irish produce, Richard has authored three recipe books, cooked for the Queen and the Obamas and made numerous appearances on TV and radio, including on the Great British Menu, which he’s won four times.
