Ross Clarke

Ross is a travel, food and wine writer for the likes of the BBC, National Geographic Traveller Food, The Sunday Times, The Independent, Lonely Planet, iPaper, JRNY Magazine and High Life. He specialises in Spain (especially the Canary Islands) and Wales, but has travelled the globe from Tasmania to Tokyo and from California to Copenhagen. Ross publishes a weekly newsletter all about Welsh food and drink called The Welsh Kitchen. He holds the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines. Ross is also a lecturer on the MA Magazine Journalism course at Cardiff University.
