Su Scott is a Korean-born food writer and recipe developer based in London. Her recipes have been featured in food publications such as Waitrose Weekend, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Olive and Ocado and, in January 2021, she was featured in Waitrose Food as a rising star of the culinary world. Her first book, Rice Table, inspired by the dishes of her childhood, was published in 2023 to critical acclaim. Her second, Pocha: Simple Korean Food from the Streets of Seoul, is published in April 2024.
