Zuza Zak was born in Communist Poland in 1979 and came to the UK when she was eight. She’s a 'storyteller cook': a cookbook author exploring cuisines close to her heart. Her most recent cookbook, Amber & Rye: A Baltic Food Journey, guides the reader around three Baltic capitals, while sharing stories and discovering a dynamic new style of cooking.
