Indulge your passion for chocolate in our dedicated workshop, where you’ll be invited to taste different varieties produced with beans from destinations including Fiji, Mexico, Guatemala and Peru, courtesy of Pure Rainforest Chocolate by Koefoed. Attendees will learn how the type of beans and their origins can affect taste and colour, and will emerge from the session with a newfound appreciation of — and appetite for — chocolate.
