The all-new National Geographic Traveller Food Festival offers a unique range of culinary experiences from across the globe. Whether it’s big-name food personalities, chef demonstrations, wine tutorials, cooking masterclasses or the chance to hear from your favourite cookbook author, we’ve got it all across or various stages. And, at the heart of it all, there’s the festival floor, where exhibitors will be dishing out food and drink samples, giving you the chance to taste your way around the world.
Join members of the National Geographic Traveller Food team as they talk one-on-one with some of the biggest names from the world of food, from culinary legend Raymond Blanc to popular broadcaster Andi Oliver. There’ll also be live cooking demonstrations from some of the most talented chefs around, such as MasterChef’s John Torode, Gennaro Contaldo, Romy Gill and Adam Handling. Plus, check out our panel sessions, as we take an in-depth look at the latest trends and the hottest food destinations, all in the company of experts.
Immerse yourself in cuisines from around the world by visiting our two specialist Masterclass venues. We’ll be running sessions at the Cinnamon and Tarragon Theatres, offering you an insight into the techniques and traditions behind some of the world’s most interesting dishes — with a few contemporary surprises thrown in.
Entry to the Masterclasses is free and booking isn’t required, but seating is limited so make sure you arrive early to avoid missing out.
Visit Speakers’ Corner, our dedicated literary venue, to hear some of the most celebrated food-and-drink writers discuss their latest work. Join presenter Katrina Ridley as she quizzes cookbook authors and food writers such as Asma Khan, Ben Tish and John Gregory-Smith about their culinary passions and the books that made their names.
