The Main Stage is the heart of the National Geographic Traveller (UK) Food Festival—where celebrated chefs, food personalities, and culinary innovators take to the spotlight. Across two days, the stage will host a packed schedule of live cooking demonstrations, in-depth discussions, and insights from some of the biggest names in food.
For 2025, we’re thrilled to welcome Yotam Ottolenghi, making his festival debut with his signature approach to bold, flavour-driven dishes, and Andi Oliver, returning for her fourth appearance, bringing her infectious energy and deep love for Caribbean cuisine. They’ll be joined by Asma Khan, the trailblazing restaurateur behind Darjeeling Express, known for her expertise in Indian home cooking and powerful storytelling through food.
