The Tasting Sessions at the National Geographic Traveller (UK) Food Festival offer a deep dive into the flavours, techniques, and traditions behind some of the world’s most celebrated food and drink. Introduced in 2024, previous sessions have included a cheese tasting experience, 'Best of British Cheese', exploring what makes English cheeses unique; a chocolate tasting session with Pure Rainforest Chocolate by Koefoed, delving into the complex flavours of ethically sourced cocoa; and a cocktail-making masterclass with Papi’s Cocktails, blending expertly crafted drinks.
