The Tasting Sessions at the National Geographic Traveller (UK) Food Festival offer a deep dive into the flavours, techniques, and traditions behind some of the world’s most celebrated food and drink. Led by expert producers, chefs, and drinks specialists, these intimate sessions provide a rare opportunity to learn while you taste.

Introduced in 2024, previous sessions have included a cheese tasting experience, 'Best of British Cheese', exploring what makes English cheeses unique; a chocolate tasting session with Pure Rainforest Chocolate by Koefoed, delving into the complex flavours of ethically sourced cocoa; and a cocktail-making masterclass with Papi’s Cocktails, blending expertly crafted drinks.

Details for 2025’s sessions are still to be confirmed, but expect a carefully curated programme that celebrates high-quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship. Please note that tickets for Tasting Sessions are sold separately as an add-on to your general admission ticket. Add-on tickets will go on sale in 2025.
