The second stage provided a more intimate setting where visitors could hear from authors of some of the most exciting recent cookbook releases. The event took a deep dive into the culinary destinations that inspired these works, with visitors invited to ask questions before having the opportunity to purchase their favourite cookbooks and get them signed by the author.
When it came to food, nothing was better than seeing the masters in action. The two Masterclass Theatres featured guest chefs showcasing some of the world’s most fascinating cuisines through live cooking demonstrations and tastings, giving guests the opportunity to learn more about the culture of each destination.
This perennially popular stage area invited visitors to explore some of the world’s most acclaimed wine- and spirit-producing regions. Guided by top sommeliers and renowned drinks experts, visitors embarked on a journey through gently sloping vineyards and barrel-lined cellars, comparing flavor profiles while learning about the intricate processes involved in vine cultivation and spirit distillation.
For the first time, visitors to the event had the opportunity to perfect their photography skills by booking into one of two new series of sessions. On Saturday, Charlie Richards discussed how to perfect photography techniques in the studio or at home, while on Sunday, Giulia Verdinelli focused on capturing jaw-dropping food photos on the go.
