What's On 2025
Each year, the National Geographic Traveller (UK) Food Festival attracts some of the most exciting names from the world of food, whether its decorated chefs, TV personalities or cookbook writers. Head to our Main Stage for your chance to watch them recreate their signature dishes while offering up insights into their cooking philosophies. Previous headliners have included Nadiya Hussain, John Torode and Nisha Katona.
A more intimate alternative to the Main Stage, Speakers’ Corner is where we sit down with some of the world’s most fascinating cookbook authors, who’ll discuss their culinary cultures and the key experiences that inspired their latest works. Previous interviewees include Andi Oliver, Asma Khan, Romy Gill and Coinneach MacLeod.
Looking to broaden your repertoire of dishes? Then head to our Saffron and Cinamon Theatres, where chefs representing cuisines from around the globe will show you how to perfect carefully selected local specialities. Expect a mix of classic dishes and lesser-known creations, from Georgian walnut pkhali and bananas foster to braised tempeh and risotto alla Milanese.
Back by popular demand, our workshops will break down the dos and don’ts of food photography, whether you’re in the street or sitting down to eat. Led by professional photographers and regular contributors to National Geographic Traveller (UK), these sessions will show you how to make your images look delicious.
