For those with far-flung appetites, this year’s line-up at the National Geographic Traveller (UK) Food Festival promises to be a nourishing trip around the world for both mind and mouth. If it’s catching notable chefs on the Main Stage, listening to some of the most innovative authors in Speakers’ Corner or picking up new skills during expert-led tasting sessions, explore the full schedule now!

Grab a front-row seat and enjoy live cooking demos from the likes of Yotam Ottolenghi, Andi Oliver, Clodagh McKenna, Asma Khan, José Pizarro and Jeremy Pang.
This year’s expanded programme of tasting workshops focuses on ingredients such as British and French cheese, Italian truffles, chocolate and coconuts as well as cocktails from the Caribbean and Latin America.
Enjoy guided tastings of wines from Portugal, Georgia, Greece and the Czechia, plus a special session on the joys of sake.
Sit down with the authors behind some of the year’s most talked about cookery books, including Irina Georgescu, Tim Anderson, Noor Murad and Christina Soteriou.
Learn how to make classic local dishes from destinations such as Ecuador, Louisiana, Turkey, Barbados and Indonesia.
Master the art of taking food photos on the go with one of four dedicated sessions, each hosted by an experienced National Geographic Traveller (UK) contributor.
